  • What are your Processing times, Shipping times, and Total Lead times?"
    3-5 DAYS (PROCESSING TIME) + 7-9 DAYS (SHIPPING TIME) = 10-14 DAYS (TOTAL LEAD TIME) Processing time is about 3-5 business days, however, during pre-holiday seasons or before special events such as Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, etc., please anticipate longer lead times. Although we attempt to ship your order as fast as possible, please be mindful the "scheduled to ship" date on your order receipt is only an estimate and not a binding date. Domestic shipping time is about 7-9 business days (We do not currently offer international shipping). Shipping times are estimated averages and are in no way guaranteed. If your order appears to be taking an unusually long time to be produced or delivered, please contact us via email. We'll work diligently with you to investigate the shipment to resolve the issue. Current total lead time is about 10-14 business days. These are estimated average lead times and are no way guaranteed.
  • Why don't you accept Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations?"
    Please kindly note that all orders are Made-to-Order, meaning that they are printed specifically for you, therefore cannot be returned. All KILLONLYTIME orders are MADE TO ORDER. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once the order is placed no matter the reason. This includes orders where the customer has chosen the wrong color or size. Sales orders are automatically routed to production for printing after payment is processed and cannot be changed. Once an order has been sent to production, we can no longer edit the details of the order or cancel it. If the wrong size or color was selected, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. We urge all customers to utilize the given information within the product listings (size charts, description of product, etc.) to make an informed purchase.
  • Are there exceptions?
    If your received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in bad quality, please contact KILLONLYTIME via email and attach photos of the errors. KILLONLYTIME will work diligently with you and assess the errors to determine if a replacement can be urgently sent. Our policy is to ensure reprints are issued if your product is printed incorrectly, damaged, or of bad quality. In the case there are issues with the reprint, a full order refund will be given after receiving all required information. Refunds are only provided if a subsequent reprint or replacement is found to be faulty by KILLONLYTIME. Refunds will be issued in credit to your payment form of purchase.
  • How do I file a claim relating to erroneous printing?
    Proceed with following the steps below: 1) Send KILLONLYTIME via email with a clear image of the damaged or erroneous printed item within 3 business days after receiving your package. There are no exceptions if you notify us after the 3rd business day. 2) Once KILLONLYTIME reviews the pictures, further information may be requested if required, however, if no additional information is needed, we will process the claim and send you the replacement.
  • What can I do if my package was Damaged or Lost during shipping and delivery?
    Please inspect your package immediately after receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and your product appears to be damaged and/or stained, please do not open the package, but instead take it to the delivery company’s local office to file a claim. KILLONLYTIME is not responsible for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages once the product has left production. We have partnered with industry known shipping and delivery service providers and expect them to uphold their integrity and quality of services not only to us, but to our customers.
  • Should I Send My Items Back To KILLONLYTIME?
    Packages shipped back to KILLONLYTIME by customers will be donated to a local donation center. We comply with our strict Exchanges and Refunds policies aforementioned and do not accept returned packages due to the fact that products are unique and produced to order. This includes items that have been damaged from package opening with scissors or other inflicting damages that would have otherwise been identified by our production/packaging team. It is not in our interest to refuse a replacement if at fault, however, we will not replace products that have been damaged after they have left production.
  • What If I've Inputted An Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address?
    If the wrong shipping address was entered or an apartment number left off after proceeding with checkout, contact us within 24 hours via email. We will do our best to accommodate and inform the Fulfillment Team about the address correction request, however, we cannot guarantee the update. If an order is returned to KILLONLYTIME by our shipping partner, you will be contacted via email to arrange a reshipment which will require an extra fee. The customer will be liable for the reshipment costs. You will receive a link to purchase re-shipping for the correct address. If you fail to do so within 3 business days after we’ve informed you about the returned package, your package will be donated.
