KILL ONLY TIME has partnered with Wix.com Ltd. to power our online store, whose services and solutions host and facilitate the use of the killonlytime.com web domain. These include hosting and server co-location services, communications and content delivery networks (CDNs), data and cyber security services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, e-mail distribution and monitoring services, performance measurement, data optimization and marketing services, content providers, and our legal and financial advisors (collectively, “Third Party Service Provider(s)”). 3.1 KILL ONLY TIME may share the following categories of Personal Information with Third Party Service Providers for a business purpose:

identifiers, including name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, internet protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers.
commercial Personal Information, for example Personal Information regarding products or services purchased, obtained, or considered.

3.2. We use print providers to fulfill your product orders who in turn use an outside shipping company to ship orders. These companies do not retain, share, store or use Personal Information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

3.3. Law Enforcement, Legal Requests and Duties: KILL ONLY TIME may disclose or otherwise allow access to any categories of your Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy pursuant to a legal request, such as a subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant or court order, or in compliance with applicable laws, if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so, with or without notice to you.

Protecting Rights and Safety: KILL ONLY TIME may share any categories of your Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or personal safety of KILL ONLY TIME, or any member of the general public, with or without notice to you.

3.5. KILL ONLY TIME does not control and is not responsible for the actions or policies of any Third Party Service. 4. Where do we store your ‘Personal Information’?

Per Wix.com Ltd’s privacy policy, Personal Information may be stored in data centers located in the United States of America, Ireland and Israel. They may use other jurisdictions as necessary for the proper delivery of their Services and/or as may be required by law.

KILL Only Time and our Third Party Service Providers that store or process your Personal Information on our behalf are contractually committed to keep it protected and secured, in accordance with industry standards and regardless of any lesser legal requirements which may apply in their jurisdiction.

5. Use of cookies and other third-party technologies

We utilize Wix.com Ltd to power our website, therefore, they use cookies and other similar technologies (“Cookies”) in order to provide services to ensure it performs properly, to analyze performance and marketing activities, and to personalize your experience.

6. Communications from KILL ONLY TIME

We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content and messages by e-mail. Additionally, from time-to-time our website may request information via surveys or giveaways. Participation in these surveys or giveaways are completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Derive 50% or more of their annual revenue from selling California residents’ personal information

Based on the CCPA guidelines above, KILL ONLY TIME does not constitute as a business required to comply with the CCPA regulation. Most importantly, KILL ONLY TIME does NOT sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) your Personal Information to third parties, and we have not sold Personal Information ever to the effective date of this Privacy Policy.

KILL ONLY TIME utilizes Wix.com Ltd, whom has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information you share with us, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer HTTPS secure access to most areas of our website; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through their designated purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and they regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification.
